Control Me

Live archive CMU  The Crucibble building--Pittsburgh –April 12th-2013

"What is artist statement?"

The interactive and participatory performance installation featured a remote-controlled toy car maneuvering around the gallery space. Mounted atop the toy car was a mini video projector, casting the artist's statement in an ironic manner onto the surrounding artworks within the gallery.

This setup allowed the audience to actively engage with the artwork, controlling the movement of the toy car as it navigated through the exhibition space. Meanwhile, the projection of the artist's statement added an additional layer of meaning and commentary, intertwining with the other artworks on display. This combination of interactive elements and thought-provoking projection created a dynamic and immersive artistic experience for the audience.
